What payment methods are accepted?We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal and Apple Pay. Customers can shop now and pay later with Klarna and Affirm.

Is everything true to size?Yes, everything is true to size!

How long is processing?Processing time may take up to 10 business day. Esitmated processing time is determined by the availability of the items in your order. Availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any error in products is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

How long is shipping?Standard shipping take 1-3 business days to arrive. This does NOT include processing time.

How long before my order is shipped?Orders may take between 5-10 business days to process before shipping out, this does not include preordered items. In fewer cases, processing times may be extended due to high demand, personal and/or world events such as Covid19, weather conditions, International closers, and etc.

How do I track my order?Once your order is shipped, you'll recieve a shipping comfirmation email containing tracking information.

Can I cancel/change my order?Unfortuntely, all orders are final and cannot be canceled. However, all changes must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.

How do I refund my order?All sales are final and cannot be refund. A default in your order may exchange in exchange. Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving purchased item.

Can I expedite my shipping?Yes, we offer express shipping within checkout! Express shipping is applied after processing is completed and shipment is prepared.

I put the wrong adress on my order, how do I change it?No worries, please contact our cutomer services as soon as possible for need of correction so we can update this information accordingly. Failure to provide vaild shipping information may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified.

What do I do if my package is missing?Please contact your local postal service, we are not responsible for lost/missing packages. We will not issue refunds for packages that have been marked as "Delivered".
